April 3rd

Beanie is still itchy itchy.
6:00 am  Primal defense in water
6:25 am  Fed ground turkey w/bone
Put gold bond powder in armpits, on belly and rear.
6:30 pm  Fed ground turkey with bone, l-glutamine and omega3s
